A leading EV OEM in Austin, Texas needed four new manufacturing lines built out electrically on a schedule set by its equipment and automation partners. Spark Power took the full electrical scope, from power distribution through controls and device terminations, and worked alongside the OEM and facility teams so each line was ready when production needed it.

- Took the full electrical scope for all four lines, so the OEM had one contractor responsible from cable tray to termination.
- Worked directly with OEMs and facility stakeholders to align electrical work with equipment and automation timelines.
- Staffed the site for round-the-clock responsiveness, keeping decisions and fixes moving on the OEM’s schedule.
