A leading EV manufacturer’s general assembly expansion in Casa Grande, Arizona needed 13 production lines wired for power, controls, and automation without interrupting the rest of the facility. Spark Power put a 50-technician crew on the program, with in-house panel technicians and dedicated project teams on site so the work could adapt as the schedule and site demands shifted.

- 13 production lines fully powered, wired, and commissioned. All lines (Door, Chassis, Marriage, Final, and Water Test) brought online as an integrated program.
- 480 motors terminated across LV and HV systems. Full motor termination scope executed in-house across all general assembly lines.
- UL-certified panel work completed on site. In-house UL shop technicians eliminated third-party panel delays and maintained code compliance throughout.
- 24/7 project support maintained throughout multi-line deployment. Dedicated on-site communication and response aligned with evolving site schedules and demands.
