From challenge to

completed project

Plant communications at an aggregates facility are only as reliable as the fiber behind them. Spark Power installed and terminated the site’s new fiber network and verified every strand before handover, so the operator received documented, tested performance.

How we

solved it

  • Planned routing and termination around the site’s network layout, from the MDF to every endpoint.
  • Matched connector types to each endpoint’s requirements.
  • Tested every fiber, not a sample, so the network was proven before handover.
  • Built documentation into the scope, so the client’s team can manage and expand the network.

The metrics

that matter

  • All 350 fibers installed and terminated to spec. Full fiber scope completed with precision routing, dressing, and connector terminations across all endpoints.
  • OTDR and power loss testing verified on every fiber. No fiber left untested. Full performance verification completed before handover.
  • Reliable high-speed connectivity confirmed with documented metrics. Test results confirmed all fibers meet or exceed TIA/EIA-568 and ISO/IEC 11801 performance standards.
  • Full as-built drawings and test reports delivered. Complete fiber routing documentation and insertion loss records provided for ongoing network management.
